Psalm 93 is short, but its message is vital! The Lord reigns, He always has. He is clothed with majesty and strength. And the floods come, they often will, and every one of us will experience them in one way or another. But the good news is that God is mightier than the floods. His Word if very sure, His character is very pure, and He allows the floods of life so that we, His people might be purified on the other side of our floods in life.

Dwelling in the Secret Place

The Christian who learns to dwell with his God in secret will experience a most sacred security. The Psalmist begins by giving his personal testimony of this dwelling; then he recommends it to those who will listen. The Psalmist is concluded with a word from the Lord himself to that secret place dweller. What a privilege! What protection! We must make it a priority.
