We are a doing people, and there are times this can be our undoing. God brings circumstances into our lives that make us feel like taking matters into our own hands, but the Scriptures teach us that there is another way of dealing with things... Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. God develops a depth of trust and the discipline of prayer as we pour out our hearts in dependence and wait for His deliverance.
